The Role
At Rose Meadows, we support people with learning disabilities, autism, autistic spectrum disorders, complex needs and behaviours that challenge to lead fulfilling, independent lives. As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in helping individuals with everyday tasks, encouraging personal growth, and promoting wellbeing – all while building genuine, rewarding relationships.
Whether you have previous experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, or Healthcare Assistant, or you’re new to care but driven by a desire to help others, we’ll provide you with comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you thrive in a rewarding career.
