City of Doncaster Council is seeking a STEPS Community Reablement Officer to support people in their own homes for up to 6 weeks after a hospital stay, helping them live independently in a safe environment. The role follows the STEPs short term enablement programme and the 6 C’s:
Care, Compassion, Competence, Communication, Courage and Commitment.
You will need a full Driving Licence and own transport to travel around the borough.
