Focus Group Wellness Partners is seeking a clinician to conduct intake assessments for clinical clients and maintain a caseload of at least 10 clients. You will facilitate therapeutic group sessions and organize workshops of your interest to support client care.
You will establish and maintain community partnerships, provide referrals and resources, and document treatment planning, progress notes, quarterly reports, and discharge summaries promptly.
