We are expanding our home care support team in the Doncaster area looking for caring, reliable and hard working individuals to promote independence, whilst actively encouraging and supporting with making informed decisions.
Due to the range of locations, it is essential you hold a UK driving licence & have access to your own vehicle.
The company is unable to sponsor the employment of international workers in this role. You will be required to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK.
About the Role
As a Care Supervisor, you will:
Undertake risk assessments and develop person-centred care plans.
Review and monitor care delivery to ensure quality and compliance.
Supervise and mentor field-based care teams, including conducting medication assessments and practical observations.
Liaise with service users, families, and professionals to maintain high standards of care.
Step in to cover care calls when required to ensure continuity of service.
Essential Requirements:
At least one years experience in a care and support setting.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
Willingness to work on a rota basis, including on-call duties.
Desirable:
Level 3 Diploma in Care, supervisory experience, and knowledge of risk assessment and medication management .

Rate of pay :  £13.38
Hours :  30 hours per week
