Flexible Senior Healthcare Assistant Role – Weekly Pay, £14.80 p/h – Start ASAP
If you're an experienced Senior Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker looking for flexible work, we'd love to hear from you.
As a Healthcare Assistant, you'll play an important role in supporting residents with their daily needs while helping them maintain their dignity and independence.
Your responsibilities will include:- Providing personal care, including washing, dressing and personal hygiene.
- Using moving and handling equipment safely.
- Helping residents feel comfortable, valued and at home.
- Assisting with light housekeeping duties.
- Working alongside colleagues to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
- Supervising and mentoring junior healthcare assistants and new staff.
- Delegating tasks appropriately and monitoring completion.
- Supporting staff training and competency assessments.
- Acting as a role model for professional standards and patient care.
