Provide regular wellbeing check-ins for ReSTORE participants, acting as a supportive and consistent point of contact Build positive and trusting relationships with participants to support engagement, confidence, and progression within the programme Identify any wellbeing or support needs and discuss these with the Programme Lead to agree appropriate actions, ensuring a safe and coordinated approach Support the Programme Lead in delivering a trauma-informed and person-centred programme, recognising the needs of participants Maintain accurate participant records, attendance logs, and basic data systems Provide administrative support including managing emails, updating timetables, and organising programme documentation Assist the Programme Lead with the day-to-day delivery of the programme, including preparing and supporting teaching sessions and activities Support participants with basic employment and registration tasks (e.g. job searches, applications, NMC/HCPC documentation) under the guidance of the Programme Lead Help organise and support teaching sessions, meetings, and participant activities Assist with delivery of events (e.g. inductions, wellbeing sessions, celebrations) Support communication and engagement activities, helping to maintain regular contact with participants and promote programme activities
