As Deputy Manager, you’ll support the Service Manager to ensure exceptional, person-centred care is delivered to the people living here, enabling them to live independently while receiving the exact package of recovery support that they need.

Magnet Court is the service which supports people experiencing severe and enduring mental health needs, including psychotic, affective and personality disorders, as well as individuals who may have additional needs such as substance misuse, physical health or mobility issues, mild learning difficulties or a forensic history. The dedicated on-site team provides person-centred, recovery-focused support, helping people develop their independence and live fulfilling lives within the community.

With excellent local amenities, transport links and community facilities nearby, Magnet Court provides a supportive environment where you can make a real difference.

Here, residents enjoy both vibrant community connections and the independence of their own space — and you’ll play a vital role in making that possible. A driver would be ideal for this role, however there are good transport links for non-drivers.

• Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (Level 5 desirable or working towards)
• Proven experience in team leadership and operational management
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care — and leading by example
