• 37.5-hours
• 07:00am – 2:30pm, 2:30pm - 10:00pm, waking nights and sleep‑in shifts. Full flexibility is needed to work all shifts on a rota basis Monday to Sunday.

• Supporting individuals with daily living skills and personal goals
• Encouraging independence and community involvement
• Providing emotional and practical support tailored to each person
• Working as part of a close‑knit, caring team
