- Supporting transfers using slide sheets, leg slings and hoist equipment.
- Assisting with showering and personal hygiene.
- Preparing meals, snacks and drinks.
- Supporting with medication and monitoring wellbeing when required.
- Changing bedding daily and undertaking laundry tasks.
- Light household duties and maintaining a clean environment.
- Supporting with shopping, appointments and social activities.
- Providing companionship and social interaction.
- Providing occasional overnight support during periods of ill health.
- Working as part of a double-handed team when required for transfers.
looking to build a team of caring and reliable Personal Assistants to help me remain independent and continue living life happily in my own home. I enjoy a good chat and value kindness, patience and a sense of humour.
Hours and rate of pay- Rate of pay: £12.71 per hour
- Hours:
30 hours per week. Support is required across 7 days per week and may include some overnight support when required.
