HR Manager
Doncaster
Up to £45,000pa | Full-Time | Permanent

We're delighted to be partnering with a well‑established, growing organisation in Doncaster who are looking to appoint an experienced HR Manager on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a medium-sized business with big growth plans over the coming years, taking full ownership of the HR function in a standalone role.

Hours:

Monday-Thursday: 8:30am-5:00pm
Friday: 8:30am-4:30pm
1-hour lunch each day.

The Role:

As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for both day-to-day operations and longer-term HR strategy. This is a varied and hands-on position where you'll be the go-to HR contact across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding

* Overseeing return-to-work processes

* Advising line managers on HR policies and best practice

* Handling HR administration and employee documentation

* Ensuring all policies, procedures, and HR practices are up to date and legally compliant

* Supporting management with people-focused initiatives to help drive business growth

About You:

This role would suit someone who enjoys autonomy, is confident managing the full HR remit, and thrives in a standalone position. You'll bring:

* Previous experience in a generalist HR role

* CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)

* Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation

* A proactive, approachable, and solutions-focused mindset

* The ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the business
