The Role As a Recruitment Consultant on the Driving Desk, you will:
Manage, develop, and grow your own driving recruitment desk. Source, interview, and place temporary HGV, van, and logistics drivers. Complete compliance tasks including skills testing, referencing, and daily workforce management. Build strong client relationships through regular site visits and service reviews Drive business development through sales activity, marketing, and lead generation. Ensure excellent service delivery to both clients and candidates.

What Were Looking For Experience in recruitment (driving, industrial, logistics, or similar) is highly beneficial. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded. Full UK driving licence (essential). What Youll Gain
