Academics is a fast-growing national recruitment agency focussing on placing teachers and teaching assistants into schools and SEND settings across the UK. We have doubled the number of schools we provide staffing support to over the last 4 years and opened numerous offices in new locations to expand our services. We have a winning formula and successful culture and actively hiring ambitious entry-level recruitment consultants for our Doncaster office right now.

Salary & Commission
* £26,000-£29,000 base salary

* Uncapped commission

* Realistic £34k-£38k OTE in year one (top performers exceeding)

Progression

* Promotion to Consultant: 3-9 months

* Senior Consultant: 18-24 months

* Team Lead / Management: 3-4 years
We will provide you with all the learning opportunities you require, you are responsible for your desire and commitment to learning.

This is a sales-driven role where you'll build your own desk and earn commission and your role will include the following;

* Placing job adverts and speaking to candidates daily via phone, email, and registration interviews

* Building relationships with client schools within a certain geographical location

* Winning new business and building your own account of loyal clients

* Closing deals and negotiating offers

* Managing the full recruitment process from start to finish

To be successful with Academics you need to be;

Confidence is speaking to speaking to new people and all levels of management
Resilient, you can handle rejection and stay motivated during the training phase
