We’re looking for a driven and structured
** IS Project Manager
** to join our Group IT & Digital function, leading the delivery of impactful IT and digital initiatives across multiple business units.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering projects that directly support business performance, transformation and growth.## The Opportunity As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of
** end-to-end project delivery**, ensuring initiatives are structured, controlled and successfully implemented across the organisation.

Working within a central PMO, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain and Commercial teams, driving alignment between business needs and technology solutions.## What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT and digital projects or work streams
* Define scope, delivery approach, success criteria and expected outcomes
* Build and manage project plans across business and IT teams
* Coordinate internal teams, suppliers and delivery partners
* Oversee delivery phases including design, build, testing and implementation
* Manage risks, issues and dependencies, driving effective resolution
* Deliver clear, timely reporting to stakeholders and support decision-making
* Ensure business readiness and smooth transition into live operation## What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience delivering IT or digital projects end-to-end in complex environments
* Experience working across business and IT teams in structured delivery frameworks
* Strong stakeholder management across multi-functional teams
* Experience managing third-party suppliers and delivery partners
* Strong planning, governance, risk and issue management skills
* Recognised project management certification (PRINCE2, APM, PMP or equivalent)## Desirable
* Experience delivering infrastructure or enterprise systems projects
* Experience in manufacturing, engineering or operational environments
* Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery approaches
* Knowledge of tools such as MS Project, ADO, Planner or Planview
