Role Overview As a Junior Smart Technology Technician, you will assist in maintaining and supporting a range of smart systems, connected devices, and digital technologies used throughout the manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of smart devices and connected systems. Support automated manufacturing equipment and monitoring technologies. Help collect, analyse, and report operational data from smart systems. Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues relating to hardware and software. Support system upgrades, testing, and implementation projects. Monitor the performance of connected devices and identify potential improvements. Maintain accurate records of system configurations, maintenance activities, and technical documentation.
