The successful candidate will manage a varied commercial property caseload, build strong client relationships and play a key role in supporting the wider team. • Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion
• Deliver exceptional client service and build long‑term client relationships
• Work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative and high‑performing team
• Support and mentor junior team members, contributing to their professional development
• Ensure all work is completed accurately, efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
• Minimum 5 years’ PQE in Commercial Property (essential)
• Strong organisational, time management and IT skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a team‑focused approach
• Professional, friendly and approachable manner with a commitment to client care
