Full-time (preferably) but will consider part time

A well-established and highly regarded South Yorkshire law firm is looking to recruit an Employment Fee Earner to join its growing team in Doncaster.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a broad employment caseload and wants to be part of a supportive, long-standing firm with strong local roots and a loyal client base.

You will handle a varied caseload of employment matters, including:

• Advisory work for employers and employees
• Unfair dismissal and discrimination claims
• TUPE and redundancy matters
• Settlement agreements
• Employment Tribunal work (as appropriate to experience)

The role offers a good balance of contentious and non-contentious work, with autonomy over files and support where needed.

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Employment Fee Earner
• Ideally 2+ years’ experience (flexible for the right person)
• Comfortable managing their own caseload
• Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
• Keen to develop their career within a stable, reputable firm
