Private Client Solicitor/Experienced Fee Earner – Doncaster ⚖️
An exciting opportunity has opened up for a skilled Private Client Solicitor or experienced Fee Earner to join a highly regarded and well-established law firm in Doncaster
.
This is an ideal role for someone looking to take full ownership of a varied caseload, with the support of an experienced and collaborative team.
The Role:- Handle a broad range of private client matters, with a key focus on estate administration
- Manage the full probate and estate administration process from initial instruction through to completion
- Provide advice on estate planning and inheritance tax
- Draft wills, powers of attorney and trust documents
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Private Client Solicitor, CILEX, CLC, or an experienced Fee Earner
- Strong working knowledge of probate, wills, trusts and estate matters
- Capable of running a busy caseload independently
