Employment Fee Earner ? Doncaster ? Full-time (preferably) but will consider part time ? Competitive salary + benefits (DOE) A well-established and highly regarded South Yorkshire law firm is looking to recruit an Employment Fee Earner to join its growing team in Doncaster. The role:

You will handle a varied caseload of employment matters, including:

• Advisory work for employers and employees
• Unfair dismissal and discrimination claims
• TUPE and redundancy matters
• Settlement agreements
• Employment Tribunal work (as appropriate to experience)

The role offers a good balance of contentious and non-contentious work, with autonomy over files and support where needed. The ideal candidate:

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Employment Fee Earner
• Ideally 2+ years' experience (flexible for the right person)
• Comfortable managing their own caseload
• Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
• Keen to develop their career within a stable, reputable firm
