Lawyer

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a great business to support them with the recruitment of a Property Lawyer on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract Basis. The role will be Part Time - 4 days per week based in Doncaster. The role is hybrid with 2-3 days on site.

You will play a key role in supporting the Group Property Team across the UK and Ireland. They are looking for someone to oversee all property legal transactions across retail and distribution.

• Handle a wide range of property legal work across our UK and Ireland portfolio, including:
• Acquisitions:
  Negotiating and completing conditional Agreements for Lease, Leases, and Licences to Alter. Managing title reviews, searches, enquiries, due diligence, and preparing reports and summaries.
• Disposals:
  Drafting and agreeing Deeds of Surrender, serving break notices, and providing advice on the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.
• Lease Renewals & Re-gears:
  Reviewing and negotiating heads of terms, and preparing Deeds of Variation, Reversionary Leases, and related documents.
• SDLT & Land Registry:
  Managing all necessary submissions and application efficiently and accurately.
• General Advisory Work:
  Providing clear, pragmatic legal advice and support on all aspects of property transactions and day-to-day property queries.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
• Practical experience in property transactions.
• Strong research and analytical abilities
• Proven experience managing a broad range of property legal matters.
• Education:
  
  LLB degree and Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice (LPC).
• Qualified Solicitor with strong expertise in property law.
