A well-established Doncaster law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Family Legal Secretary to support its busy Family Law team. This is a key support role within a respected department handling a broad range of private family matters.

The successful candidate will provide full secretarial and administrative support to fee earners dealing with divorce, financial remedy, children matters and domestic abuse cases.

• Audio typing and drafting correspondence and court documents
• Preparing bundles and court forms
• Managing diaries, appointments and file administration
• Liaising with clients, courts and third parties in a professional and empathetic manner
• Ensuring files are maintained in line with compliance procedures

The firm is seeking a legal Secretary with prior experience in family law, strong typing and organisational skills and the ability to work calmly in what can often be sensitive and emotional cases.
