• Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion
• Advising clients on a broad range of commercial property transactions
• Handling acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and lease negotiations
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial property documentation
• Advising a diverse client base including businesses, developers, landlords, and investors
• Providing clear, practical, and commercially focused legal advice
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
• Supporting the continued growth and development of the Commercial Property team

• Running a commercial property caseload independently
• Advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, leases, and property-related matters
• Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and associated documentation
• Managing transactions from initial instruction through to completion
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties
• Maintaining high standards of client care and communication
• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Contributing to business development and departmental growth

You will have:

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in Commercial Property law
• Proven experience managing your own commercial property caseload
• Strong technical knowledge across commercial property transactions
