The Role
As a Junior Delivery Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of delivery operations. You'll work closely with colleagues and customers to ensure everything runs efficiently while developing valuable management and coordination skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating daily delivery schedules.
* Communicating with customers and drivers over the phone and via email.
* Monitoring deliveries and resolving any issues that arise.
* Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records.
