Loaders – Doncaster £12.81ph | Weekly Pay | PAYE Only

Ready to drive your career in the right direction? M4 Specialist is on the lookout for a reliable and motivated Loaders to join our client’s recycling and waste management team in Doncaster.

* Induction: WC 1st June. Working days Tuesday to Friday 40hrs per week. Must be available for ongoing work from this date

* Start Times:
Between 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM

* What You’ll Be Doing as a Loader:

* Assisting the driver with collections

* Collecting commercial and industrial waste and recyclables

* Delivering high levels of customer service

* Ensuring compliance with all safety procedures (both client and site-specific)

* What We’re Looking for in a Loader:

* A strong team player with a passion for driving

* Someone who takes pride in their work and values professionalism

* Willingness to learn — full training provided

* Previous waste industry or rear compaction vehicle experience? Great — but not essential!

* Pay Rates:

 * £12.81ph – Standard Day Rate

* Weekly pay – PAYE only!
