Warehouse Assistant - Dayshift

IKEA Doncaster DC is looking for part‑time Warehouse Assistants to join our fulfillment team and help launch our new Customer Distribution Centre.

• £15,736.50 per annum with a forklift allowance of £146.25 per month, 22.5 hour contract.
• £13,988.00 per annum with a forklift allowance of £130.00 per month, 20 hour contract.
• £10,491.00 per annum with a forklift allowance of £97.50 per month, 15 hour weekend‑only contract.

• 22.5 hours per week, 3 days over 7 including alternate weekends. Rotational shifts: 06:30–14:30 and 12:30–20:00.
• 20 hours per week, 5 days over 7 including alternate weekends. Set shift: 10:00–14:00.
• 15 hours per week, weekend‑only (Saturday and Sunday). Rotational shifts: 06:30–14:30 and 12:30–20:00.

• Previous warehouse and MHE experience preferred but not essential; motivation to work quickly and efficiently.
• Ability to prioritise, stay organised and attend to details.
• Capacity to manage workload independently and work collaboratively with a team.
• Must be over 18 years of age.

• Receive goods accurately, pick and pack orders, unload and load trailers, and keep accurate stock records.
• Perform manual handling of heavy stock; training will be provided.
• Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts, counterbalance and pump trucks safely and efficiently.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a secure workplace.
