Asset Register Compiler

Andy File Associates Ltd are working as a Recruitment Business on behalf of our client to recruit an Asset Register Compiler on a 3–4 week fixed-term contract.

Working across 12 school sites in the Doncaster area, you'll identify and record building services assets such as boilers, fire alarms, emergency lighting, electrical systems, air conditioning and water systems. Using a mobile app, you'll capture key asset information and photographs to help create an accurate asset register that supports future maintenance and statutory compliance.

This role would suit someone with experience in facilities management, building services, maintenance, compliance, or asset management.

What We're Looking For

Essential

* Experience in Facilities Management, Building Services, Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance or a similar environment.

* Good understanding of building services equipment.

* Comfortable using smartphones or tablets to record information.

* Good attention to detail.

* Able to work independently across multiple sites.

* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (mileage paid).

Desirable

* Experience carrying out asset surveys.

* Knowledge of Joblogic or another CAFM system but training can be given.

* Understanding of planned maintenance (PPM) and statutory compliance
