Do you have a Mechanical/Electrical engineering background? Are you looking to join an expanding business working on the PM shift, in a role that will provide training to further develop your skills, the opportunity to progress into a shift leader, and optional overtime to boost your earnings?

On offer is an excellent opportunity to join a family-owned manufacturing business that repairs, sorts, and supplies pallets across the UK for well-known brands across the retail industry. The company is expanding due to continued growth and is looking for a Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day operations across production machinery, Forklifts, and HGVs.

In this role, you will carry out planned preventative maintenance, respond to breakdowns, diagnose faults, and complete repairs across mechanical and basic electrical systems. You will work closely with production and transport teams to minimise downtime, complete service records, and ensure equipment is running safely and efficiently.

This role would suit someone with mechanical or electrical background for a stable role with ongoing upskilling training and the opportunity to progress to shift leader.

The Role:

PPMs, breakdown repairs, fault finding, and safety inspections
Working on Production machinery FLTs, HGVs
Sunday to Thursday, 14:30 - 22:30

The Person :

Maintenance Technician, Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, Vehicle Technician, or similar

Experience with FLTs, HGVs, production machinery, or industrial equipment
