Here at GXO, we're looking for a Warehouse First Line Manager to join our B&Q contract based in Doncaster. As a First Line Manager, you'll lead a team of Warehouse Operatives to ensure smooth, efficient operations and exceptional customer service.

This is a full-time, permanent position. You'll work on a shift pattern of any 5 from 7', rotating hours of 06:00 till 14:00, 10:00 till 18:00 and 14:00 till 22:00

What you'll do on a typical day:
  • Driving performance to meet KPIs for productivity, quality, and attendance
  • Leading daily team briefings and fostering strong communication
  • Managing Health & Safety compliance and promoting safe working practices
  • Identifying training needs and supporting staff development
  • Monitoring equipment usage and maintaining operational standards
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and operational projects
What you need to succeed at GXO:
  • Proven leadership experience within a fast-paced logistics/supply chain environment (FMCG environments preferred)
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Understanding of Health & Safety and Warehouse Systems
  • Analytical skills with a proactive mindset
