Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description:

Know How Resourcing is recruiting an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to support the daily operations of a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will lead a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of goods, high safety standards, and strong performance against targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff

* Plan shifts and allocate tasks based on workload

* Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch operations

* Monitor stock levels and maintain inventory accuracy

* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations

* Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback

* Investigate and resolve stock or shipment discrepancies

* Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency

* Use WMS and liaise with other departments as required

Shift Pattern: 7am–7pm, 4 days out of 7 ( 1 in 3 weekends)

Requirements:

* 2–3 years’ experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role

* Strong leadership and organisational skills

* Experience with WMS and inventory control

* Knowledge of health & safety best practices
