Role Description

This is a full-time Team Manager role based on-site in Doncaster. The Team Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient staff management, and adherence to company standards. Responsibilities include supervising team members, managing schedules, maintaining a positive work environment, and supporting the achievement of store targets. The role also involves training team members, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Customer service and communication skills to engage with customers and maintain exceptional service standards.
  • Organizational and time management abilities to oversee schedules and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to handle challenges and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Adaptability, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to fostering a positive team culture and achieving business objectives.
  • Prior experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
  • Understanding of health and safety requirements in a food service environment.
