Job OverviewThe City of Doncaster Council is a confident, ambitious organisation which puts improving the life of its residents at the centre of everything we do. This role is part of the Place Planning Officer (Schools) team and contributes to the annual Schools Capacity (SCAP) statutory return, acting as a key operational link between Pupil Place Planning and School Admissions.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake high level data production and analysis of child and school level data.
- Contribute to the annual Schools Capacity (SCAP) statutory return.
- Provide an operational link between Pupil Place Planning and School Admissions.
- Work closely with colleagues from different services and organisations.
- Manage priorities in a busy and demanding environment.
- Deliver high quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience of high level data analysis and data management.
- Well‑organised, flexible and able to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Previous experience in a public sector or similar role is desirable.
- Transferable skills from other roles or voluntary work are welcome.
