Assistant Manager

The Plastic Centre is one of the largest independently owned, manufacturer and distributor of building plastics in the UK. We currently have a branch network of 20 branches and have ambitious plans to grow the branch network over the next 5 years.

We believe that the Assistant Branch Manager role is key in the Branch Network and should provide us with a talent pool for those wanting to become our Branch Managers of the future.

This is a role where the individual enjoys the day to day muck and bullets of being a part of the branch team but also thrives on deputizing in the Branch Managers absence.

What we are looking for:

• People who are hands on, get stuck in supporting the Branch Manager in delivering the branch plan and are keen to develop into our future Branch Managers
