£32,000 Harworth, Doncaster Overtime Available Career Progression

• £32,000 basic salary with enhanced overtime rates

• Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00

• 21 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays

We're recruiting on behalf of a respected environmental services organisation that's continuing to grow across the UK.

They're now looking for a Site Supervisor to lead operational teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with customer expectations.

• £32,000 salary

• Overtime paid at 1.5x Monday-Saturday and 2x Sundays & Bank Holidays

• Monday to Friday working hours

• 21 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays

You'll lead teams across a range of planned and reactive works, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and to the highest standards.

You'll oversee Health & Safety compliance, manage site documentation, liaise with customers, coordinate resources and support operational planning while maintaining excellent service delivery.

• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience

• Strong understanding of Health & Safety and RAMS

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Experience coordinating operational teams

• Full UK Driving Licence

• Flexible approach to travel, overtime and working away

Desirable:

• IOSH

• SSSTS

• Spill response experience

• HGV Class 2

• Previous environmental services experience
