Hours: 40 hours, Mon‑Fri

• Supervise small teams of staff to deliver engineering projects within the STW Framework and Hargreaves Industrial Services engineering team.
• Manage day‑to‑day operational duties of the team.
• Ensure safe deployment of the team, maintaining all elements of health, safety, and quality.
• Deliver work to a high standard within programme and cost constraints.
• Communicate progress and any issues to Clients, HIS Framework and Project Manager.
• Promote a proactive safety culture and work towards zero harm.
• Assist in project delivery on time.
• Identify efficiencies and innovation opportunities.
• Provide information for key project tools such as inspection and test plans, project programmes, and risk registers.

• Minimum five years of supervising staff experience.
• Mechanical or electrical formal qualifications through an apprenticeship route.
• Supervisory skills and experience.
• FLT licence preferable.
• CDM awareness training.
• Welding, rigging, slinging, and confined space training preferable.
• Ability to set team to work safely, including safety paperwork, RAMS, POWRA, etc.
• Ability to oversee project work to completion.
• Strong communication skills at all levels.
