HB Tunnelling Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our senior leadership team. You will report to the Board and oversee day-to-day operational delivery of nationwide projects, ensuring safety, efficiency and on-schedule performance across tunnelling and civil works.
You will lead planning, resource management and collaboration with site teams, Contracts Managers and Project Managers to drive productivity, resolve issues and maintain momentum on multiple projects.
