Dove Adolescent Services is seeking a Registered Manager to launch and lead a brand-new 4-bed EBD children’s home in Doncaster (DN9). This is an opportunity for a strong leader to build a service from the ground up and make a real difference in children’s lives.
You will recruit, develop and manage a skilled staff team, oversee daily operations, and ensure Ofsted/safeguarding compliance, while driving occupancy targets and managing budgets.
