Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead staff within the integrated area team, ensuring day‑to‑day operations.
- Support the service manager in achieving the aims of the Children’s Zone 5‑19 and the School Age Immunisation Service.
- Develop and support a team of staff who provide services for children, young people and families within an area team.
- Provide leadership, development, supervision and professional direction of the team.
- Ensure audit programmes, supervision and PDR processes are in place.
- Facilitate effective communication within the team.
- Lead on contract requirements regarding quality and performance in collaboration with service commissioners.
- Ensure safe and effective care delivery.
