Lidl GB is hiring a Shift Leader to help run operations in one of our warehouses. The role involves leading a team, line management, and ensuring smooth daily shifts from early start to late finish (04:00 to 21:00) across five days in seven, with some rotation.
You will coach staff, drive efficiency, and support the Department Manager in daily operations, aiming to deliver outstanding teamwork and high standards while promoting Lidl values.
