Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Crisis Team Clinical Lead (NHS AfC Band
7) to lead the Urgent Care Services Crisis Team in Doncaster. You will provide clinical leadership, supervision, and MDT coordination across a 7-day week, guiding staff and ensuring high standards of care.
The role includes safeguarding, risk management, and driving service improvements, working with carers and partners to deliver safe, evidence-based practice within the Trust.
