TC Facilities Management is recruiting a Team Leader to manage an on-site cleaning team in a busy distribution centre. You will supervise a team of operatives, ensure service delivery to standards, and work within budget to achieve green audits.
You will lead with TC values, maintain health and safety compliance, train staff, manage rota and attendance, and foster strong client relationships to meet expectations and deadlines across all shifts.
