An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a locality of Supported Living and Community Support services in Doncaster. The role will involve leading services supporting adults in their own homes, with a focus on promoting independence and delivering person-centred support.
The locality supports around 25 people across four Supported Living properties, alongside Community Support services. The people supported have Learning Disabilities, Autism and Mental Health needs, with a younger age profile and a focus on helping individuals to be as independent as possible.
We are looking for an experienced social care manager with a strong understanding of CQC, safeguarding and relevant legislation. The successful candidate will hold registration for the locality and provide leadership across the services, working alongside Service Managers, Support Coordinators and a Service Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager:- Take overall responsibility for service quality and CQC compliance across the locality.
- Provide effective leadership across Supported Living and Community Support services.
- Lead and support Service Managers and wider teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred services.
- Build strong relationships with staff, the people supported, families and commissioners.
- Promote independence and ensure the people supported are able to achieve their individual goals.
- Ensure services operate in line with relevant legislation and social care standards.
- Contribute to the Senior Management Team and help shape the future development of the organisation.
- Maintain strong oversight of service quality and compliance.
- Lead services supporting individuals in their own homes and within Supported Living environments.
- Experience working at management level within a social care environment.
- Demonstrable working knowledge of relevant legislation and social care standards.
- Strong understanding of CQC requirements and safeguarding.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle for business purposes.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to build effective relationships with staff, the people supported, families and commissioners.
- Experience supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Mental Health needs.
