What you'll be doing:

* Lead and coordinate support for children and young people across the service

* Supervise and guide staff to maintain high standards of care and professionalism

* Support team delivery during Days and Waking Nights shifts

* Take responsibility for day-to-day organisation within the role, ensuring consistency and calm leadership

* Contribute to a positive, supportive environment where children and young people feel safe and understood

What you'll bring:

* Level 3 (in a relevant children and young people/care context)

* The confidence to lead a team and support others to do their best work

* A caring, solution-focused approach-steady under pressure and committed to standards

* A driver's licence, as driving responsibilities are part of the role

* Availability for Days and Waking Nights
