Production Supervisor - Night Shift (Manufacturing)

We are currently seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing operation on a permanent night shift basis. This is a hands‑on supervisory role, ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a solid background in manufacturing or production environments.

Location:

Doncaster, DN11
Shift Pattern:
Monday to Friday, 10:00pm - 6:00am
Salary: £42,000 per annum

• Supervise and support production operatives during night shifts
• Lead by example through hands‑on involvement in production activities
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently met
• Monitor workflow, staffing levels, and machine performance
• Enforce health & safety procedures and company policies
• Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner
• Complete shift reports and handovers to senior management

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong hands‑on approach with the ability to lead teams effectively
• Good understanding of production processes and quality control
• Ability to work independently during night shifts
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
