About the Role

We are currently seeking experienced Panel Beaters to join a busy and growing automotive bodyshop. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled technicians who take pride in producing high-quality repairs and working in a fast‑paced environment. Both day and night shifts are available, offering flexibility and excellent earning potential.

• Carry out high‑quality panel repairs on a variety of vehicles
• Remove and refit damaged panels and components
• Realign chassis and body structures using appropriate tools and equipment
• Repair dents, scratches, and structural damage
• Work to manufacturer and insurance standards
• Ensure all work is completed within set time frames
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets

• Proven experience as a Panel Beater in a bodyshop/accident repair environment
• Strong knowledge of panel repair techniques and equipment
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• High attention to detail and quality standards
• ATA/NVQ qualification (preferred but not essential with experience)
• Full UK driving licence (preferred)
