Heavy Plant Operator - Night Shift; Grab & Loading Shovel

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Plant Operator to join our existing team on a night shift, 4 on 4 off schedule. The successful candidate will have proven experience operating 360 grab excavators and loading shovels, and be committed to safety, efficiency, and teamwork.

• Operate 360 grab excavators and loading shovels safely and efficiently.
• Perform daily machinery checks and routine maintenance.
• Load, move, and handle materials on site according to operational requirements.
• Follow all health & safety regulations and site procedures.
• Collaborate with the existing team to meet project targets and deadlines.

• Proven experience operating 360 grab excavators and loading shovels.
• Strong understanding of site health & safety practices.
• Ability to work night shifts reliably and safely.
• Team player with good communication skills.

• Competitive pay rate of £15.50 per hour.
• Regular 4 on 4 off night shift schedule.
