We are currently recruiting an experienced Fabricator Welder for a well-established manufacturing company based in Doncaster.

This is a hands‑on role suited to candidates with a strong background in heavy industry, working with mild steel and confident reading and working from engineering drawings.

• Competitive pay rates from £16.50 to £18.00 per hour
• 4‑day working week (Monday to Thursday)
• Long weekends every week

• Fabrication and MIG welding of mild steel components
• Working from detailed engineering drawings
• Measuring, cutting, and assembling materials to specification
• Producing high‑quality welds and fabrications
• Working within a fast‑paced heavy manufacturing environment

• Proven experience as a Fabricator Welder
• Ability to confidently read and interpret engineering drawings
• Strong background in heavy industry
• Experience working with mild steel
• High attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Flexibility to work additional hours during busy periods

This role would suit candidates from backgrounds such as structural steel, heavy fabrication, trailers, or similar industries.
