Fat Plant Operative

An exciting opening has arisen for a Fat Plant Operative to join the team at our Nortech Foods, Doncaster site. This is a full‑time position working a 2‑week rota of 6am‑2pm Tuesday to Saturday and 10pm‑6am Monday to Friday.

• Monitor incoming raw material.
• Comply with all Site and SARIA group Health & Safety regulations.
• Fill in paperwork as required by HACPP.
• Maintain quality standards by implementation of the HACCP system.
• Work towards higher grade BRC.
• Complete cleaning and hygiene programmes for the Plant.
• Ensure that incoming material is dealt with in an efficient and safe manner to produce products to the required specification.
• Be a self‑motivated individual.
• Communicate both written and verbally.
• Work to the HACCP system.
• Have previous experience of dealing with raw materials.
