We are currently recruiting for a MAINTENANCE MANAGER for our growing UK team at our new on-site location in HATFIELD, DONCASTER

Multifaceted tasks, high-tech and innovative ideas
- lead and develop the on-site maintenance team, ensuring a high-performing organisation
- ensure customer satisfaction by delivering targets for system availability, quality, and cost performance
- act as the main customer contact, managing communication, expectations, and escalations
- define and optimise maintenance strategies aligned with operational and production requirements
- analyse performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- manage budgets, resources, and compliance with HSE and safety standards
- degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field
- minimum 5 years’ experience in maintenance, service, or engineering, with 3+ years in leadership
- strong knowledge of maintenance strategies, continuous improvement, and technical systems
- experience within automated or logistics environments, with good commercial awareness
- proficiency with CMMS systems and Microsoft Office tools
- strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills with a results-driven, customer-focused approach
- experience in managing and developing teams, including performance management and training
- strong understanding of HSE regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
