Holcim UK is seeking a Plant Operative for our Doncaster Asphalt Plant. This permanent, site-based role supports customers and runs machinery in a four‑person team, with training provided to cover weighbridge, mixing and bagging processes.
Working Monday to Friday, 6:00am–3:00pm, with weekend rota on some weeks; this is a long‑term career development opportunity within the company. Full training will be provided.
