We’re currently recruiting Machine Operators / Production Operatives / General Operatives to join a leading UK manufacturer in Doncaster.
WORK 4 DAYS. WORK 3 DAYS. ENJOY MORE TIME OFF!
Our continental shift pattern gives you a great balance between work and personal time:
 
* 4 working days per week
 
* 3 working days per week
 
* Rotating days and nights
 
* 2 weeks on days followed by 2 weeks on nights
 
* Regular long weekends and extended time off
 *  £12.71 – £14.00 per hour

🔧 THE ROLE
As a Machine Operator, you’ll be an important part of the production team, helping to keep manufacturing operations running safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Your responsibilities will include:
 
* Operating production machinery safely and efficiently.
 
* Monitoring machinery and production processes.
 
* Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
 
* Completing routine machine checks and reporting faults.
 
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working area.
 
* Following health & safety procedures and company policies.
 
* Working with colleagues to achieve production targets.
 
* Ensuring work is completed to the required quality standards
