Venatu Recruitment Group is a specialist recruitment agency working across the automotive, truck and bus, and technical sectors. We're looking for a creative, organised Social Media Executive to take ownership of our social media, content and creative output, freeing up our Marketing Manager to focus on strategy and data.

This is a great opportunity for a proactive Social Media Executive who loves planning content, growing engagement and bringing a brand to life across multiple channels, within a supportive, fast moving team.

What you'll be doing

Owning day to day social media management and content scheduling across our group of businesses
Creating engaging content, including graphics, video, blogs and campaign assets, using tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
Planning and delivering social and paid campaigns (Linked In, Facebook) to support candidate and client attraction
Working closely with recruitment teams to produce targeted attraction content
Supporting events, sponsor ships and internal communications
What we're looking for

Proven experience in a marketing, social media or content role
Strong copywriting and content creation skills
Confident using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and social scheduling tools
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Recruitment, staffing or professional services experience is a bonus, not essential
